Figures

Figures are a short series of elements that is performed individually in front of a panel of 7 judges and judged on a scale of 1-10. For Novice, Intermediate, and 12 and under age group, 4 figures are competed at a given meet. The two compulsory figures are done at every competition while and the other 2 are randomly selected 72 hours prior to the competition. Figures are 50% of a swimmers routine score. 13-15 Age Group swimmers compete 2 randomly selected figures at the meet. Age-Group swimmers 16 and older do not perform Figures.
